Role Description

In this role, the resource will be working on client projects as a functional consultant and solution architect. The resource will be responsible for providing solutions, completing configurations, preparing functional design documents for custom solutions, documenting configuration documents and other activities that are required for a successful delivery of Oracle EBS implementation and support projects. This resource will also require coordination across all teams – both external and internal – and will work with the appropriate people, processes and tools to provide successful functional solutions for business requirements in our customer's complex application environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle e-Business Suite HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Oracle HCM, including system errors, functionality concerns, data corrections, and business process analysis.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, assess impact, and provide functional support for HCM business processes.
• Configure and maintain HCM modules in accordance with business requirements and system upgrades.
• Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and documentation to support HCM system functionality.
• Perform root-cause analysis on recurring system issues and propose long-term solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Work with technical teams to produce and evaluate requirements documents and perform unit testing of developments and enhancements.
• Participate in testing and validation of system updates, patches, and new releases.
• Assist with data migration and data quality efforts related to HCM modules.
• Maintain knowledge of Oracle HCM best practices and trends, staying current with new Oracle releases and product enhancements.
• Provide end-user training and support, ensuring proper system usage and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in Client calls to understand client requirements and provide various options/solutions to the client.
• Assist and work under minimal supervision in client projects.
• Responsible for managing client relationships within the context of the individual role.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities.
• Should be open to work on support projects and implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of experience working with Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules.
• Working functional knowledge of key Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Self-Service, etc.).
• Good knowledge of the new features in Oracle EBS R12.2.x.
• Experience in providing production support and troubleshooting complex Oracle HCM issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, and problem management.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to human resources, payroll, and talent management.
• Experience with system configurations, setup, and maintenance in Oracle EBS HCM.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, or similar querying/reporting tools is a plus.
• Oracle HCM certifications are a plus.
