Role Description

Experienced Preservation Specialist with strong Mining / Asset Maintenance experience and hands-on knowledge of SAP Maintenance Master Data, APM, RCM, APN/asset & plant readiness, FLOC, and Work Instructions. The resource will support preservation, asset readiness, maintenance data, and documentation activities.

• Lead asset preservation and maintenance readiness activities in mining/industrial environments.
• Review, validate, and maintain SAP Maintenance Master Data and asset information.
• Apply APM and RCM principles to support asset reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Support APN / asset and plant readiness assessments, identifying gaps and corrective actions.
• Develop, review, and validate FLOC structures and deliverables in SAP.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, operations, reliability, SAP, and business stakeholders.
• Track deliverables, maintain accurate records, and prepare status/gap reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, preservation, asset readiness, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in preservation, asset management, maintenance, or reliability.
• Strong experience in Mining or another asset-intensive industry.
• Hands-on SAP Maintenance Master Data / SAP PM experience.
• Experience with FLOC, APM, RCM, APN/asset & plant readiness, and Work Instructions.
• Strong understanding of asset preservation, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
