Role Description

PRE-CLOSING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

***This position is remote in the state of Florida only, with preference for candidates that live in the city of Orlando***

• Build & maintain relationships and interact with realtors, lenders, attorneys, builders & all other clients
• From the point of post-contract, act as a dependable liaison between all parties to ensure the client has a seamless settlement
• Coordinate the collection of key documents & information from clients and external providers
• Possess ownership and direct accountability
• Resolve any discrepancies that may arise expeditiously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel
• Collect initial client information and documentation at point of intake
• Support scheduling and administrative coordination as needed during peak periods
• Other Administrative Tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Florida real estate title experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate both internally and externally to solidify business partnerships and a positive work environment
• Knowledge of real estate guidelines, ALTA Best Practices & Florida title insurance regulations
• Strong organizational skills & the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Adherence to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment for all employees & clients
• Proficiency with Qualia (transaction management software) or similar real estate transaction platforms

Requirements

• Certification as a notary public (preferred)
