[Hiring] Post Entry Specialist @Livingston International

Role Description

Reporting to the Manager, Post Entry, this position comes with training to ensure you are set up for success. Responsible for resolving all regulatory errors on behalf of clients, the ideal candidate has a solid background in customs brokerage and experience with post-entry work, regulatory error resolution, or entry corrections, a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Customs Brokerage Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in post entry summary claims and/or customs clearance or other post entry functions is a definite plus.
• Proven ability to problem solve, handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, initiative and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience.
• Required: High School/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associates Degree or post-secondary education.
