Role Description

We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic Planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.

• Design and produce while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research, gather information prior to closing any deals
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems
• Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations
• Research market, identify opportunities and generate interest

Qualifications

• Proven interest as a planner or organizer
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
