Role Description

We are currently seeking a Ping AIC Integration Engineer / Specialist - Remote US Position. We are looking for an experienced Ping AIC Integration Engineer / Specialist with hands-on experience supporting and integrating PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC). The role will focus on configuring, scripting, troubleshooting, and implementing identity integrations, particularly integrations that require customization beyond standard out-of-the-box capabilities. This is not primarily an architecture role. We are looking for someone who understands the inner workings of Ping and can work directly with application, security, and engineering teams to implement and troubleshoot integrations.

• Configure and support Ping AIC integrations with enterprise applications and platforms.
• Develop and run scripts, APIs, and integration components required for identity and authentication use cases.
• Implement and troubleshoot authentication journeys, MFA, SSO, and identity flows.
• Work with REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, SAML and related identity protocols.
• Investigate and resolve complex integration issues across Ping, applications, and downstream systems.
• Support non-standard/custom integrations where out-of-the-box Ping capabilities are insufficient.
• Work directly with client security, IAM, application and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist architects on more complex integration designs and provide hands-on technical validation/prototyping.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures for implemented integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (Ping AIC).
• 3+ years strong understanding of IAM, authentication and MFA concepts.
• 3+ years experience with Ping authentication journeys and identity integrations.
• 3+ years experience with REST APIs, scripting and API-based integrations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC and SAML.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application and identity integration layers.
• Ability to work independently with client technical teams and Ping/vendor support when needed.
• Experience with PingID / Ping MFA integrations.
• Experience integrating Ping with Service Desk, password-reset, chatbot/virtual-agent or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience implementing custom authentication flows and complex integrations beyond standard configurations.

Benefits

• Starting pay range for this remote role is $102,675.00 to $171,125.00.
• Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
