[Hiring] Phase 3 Support Specialist @KBR

Role Description

KBR provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.

• Learning KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting.
• Supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field and 7 years experience.
• Desire to learn KBR's approach to SBIR Phase 3 contracting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with US Government contracting.
• Experience supporting capture efforts and proposal development for federal contracts.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (desired).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance (desired).
• Prior experience in government or military roles - contracting or operations (desired).
