Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Personal Trainers with strong expertise in programme design, client motivation, exercise instruction, health and safety, and fitness communication to contribute to an advanced AI training and fitness-content evaluation project. Selected professionals will:

• Design and review fitness programmes
• Assess exercise guidance and safety considerations
• Evaluate motivational strategies
• Provide clear written feedback on training scenarios and instructional content

The work requires strong practical coaching experience, sound judgement, and the ability to communicate fitness concepts clearly across different client profiles. No prior experience in AI is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a certified Personal Trainer
• Current certification from a recognised fitness authority such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or comparable organisation
• Strong experience designing personalised training programmes
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate effectively with clients
• Strong understanding of safe exercise instruction
• Familiarity with a range of client populations and training environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Consistent and reliable approach to project work
• Ability to explain fitness concepts clearly
• Experience reviewing or creating educational or training materials is advantageous
• Comfortable providing structured professional feedback
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

Requirements

• Independent contractor engagement
• Fully remote
• Compensation: $25–$40/hour
• Work will involve fitness programme design, exercise-instruction review, health and safety evaluation, motivational strategy, fitness-content assessment, and AI-output review
• Strong practical Personal Training experience is central to this engagement
• Assignments may involve varied client profiles, exercise programmes, instructional materials, coaching scenarios, and model-generated fitness content
• Project scope, workload, fitness topics, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
• Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, gym, fitness organisation, institution, or other third party
