Role Description

We are hiring experienced recruiters to document one long-term task from their own work in structured detail:

• Choose one recurring task from your own work that spans days to months (for example, taking a new client from consultation through a completed 12-week program and reassessment).
• Complete a structured online form documenting that task end to end, at a level of detail where someone who has never done the job could follow it.
• Cover the specifics: exact thresholds, scoring criteria, escalation paths, message channels, tool access, failure modes.
• This is expected to take approximately 10 hours of total time and can be completed in multiple sittings.
• If you do well, you may be extended to provide multiple such submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years training clients, currently or recently practising, with an active or recent client roster.
• Certified (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Experience with US-based clients.
• Comfortable writing at length and being precise about numbers and thresholds.
• Available for 8-12 hours of focused work over a 7-10 day window.

Requirements

• The entire process is intended to be quick and simple, taking less than an hour or two of your time, with quick results.
• You will need to go through an AI-driven interview (10-15 minutes) explaining your general background.
• You will need to perform a small assessment that mimics the actual work (~30 minutes).
• Final review by in-house team.

Benefits
