Role Description

The Performance Measurement Specialist position will be responsible for the development and oversight of the Quality Program Provider Operations Department as well as other departments as applicable. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project management for internal and external audits
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to support the business needs
• Preparing and tracking an audit work plan
• Customizing audit solutions for internal and external audits

The Performance Measurement Analyst serves as a resource for the Provider Operations Department.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in claims processing, customer service, enrollment, and/or systems administration applications
• Associate’s degree (Required)
• Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.) (Preferred)
• SQL (Preferred)
