Role Description
The People Systems Analyst plays a vital role in Endeavour Group’s “Team Services” function, (HR Shared Services) as they are responsible for providing technical expertise and support for SuccessFactors and associated interactions with other Endeavour Group people systems such as UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters, Qualtrics, and Sailpoint.
- Work collaboratively with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Bring your specialist knowledge and expertise to this great opportunity
- Keep up to date on product features and releases, recommending enhancements based on available functionality and business needs
- Administration, maintenance and process execution of SuccessFactors modules (including EC, PMGM, LMS, and Succession), in line with business requirements
- Understand people systems best practice and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and system requirements
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems
- Develop test scenarios, conduct system testing, and document test results to validate system changes and enhancements
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues or bugs
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate people system documentation and training material
- Provide technical support and guidance to support teams and end-users
- Partner with our Advisory centre and other tiered resolution teams to provide issue resolution support
- Work closely with other streams within the people team to develop and deliver training programs
Qualifications
- 2+ years working in People or Technology
- Experience working in complex matrix organisations, or transformation environments
- Experience in core HR business practices
- In depth knowledge of SuccessFactors (EC, LMS, PMGM, Succession, Comp & VP)
- Senior Stakeholder Management and influencing skills
- Ability to deal with a variety of tasks and ad hoc requests
- Great communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- A willingness to support beyond the confines of this role
