Role Description

Als salarisspecialist begeleid en adviseer je klanten met hun salarisadministratie en HR vraagstukken. Het eindproduct is de loonstrook, en er zit veel werk in voordat je een goede strook hebt. Denk aan:

  • Verwerken en controleren van loongegevens, zoals binnenkomende mutaties
  • Zorgen dat de geldende wet- en regelgeving wordt nageleefd
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van de klanten en hun medewerkers over CAO, pensioen en andere loongerelateerde vragen

Qualifications

  • 5 jaar of meer werkervaring in de salarisadministratie
  • In het bezit van je Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie
  • Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar

Requirements

  • Goed op de hoogte van de nodige actuele wet- en regelgeving

Your Team

Je werkt samen met circa 20 collega’s en voor klanten met grotere klanten vanaf 250 medewerkers in dienst. Je bent als het ware hun persoonlijke salarisadministrateur op afstand, wat vraagt om een sterke dosis inlevingsvermogen en service van het hoogste niveau.
