Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Payroll Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with payroll processing, data entry, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll policies. This position is perfect for someone with strong Excel skills who has a basic understanding of payroll and time and attendance systems.

• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payroll submission
• Maintain employee payroll records and update information as needed
• Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks in payroll systems
• Support time and attendance tracking and reporting
• Generate payroll reports as requested
• Help troubleshoot payroll-related issues or discrepancies
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology
• Familiarity with time and attendance systems is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
