Role Description

Maintain process of consistent assortment novelties launch through communication with suppliers and internal teams (Quality, Buying, Assortment team), tenders holding
Co-create Requirement Profile for the product with maximum details of the final product
Create differentiation
Organize tasting E2E process (samples collections, products preparation for tasting, delivering tasting results to suppliers, next steps alignment with buying and assortment team QA and suppliers), re-tasting arrangement
Create brief and develop product design together with a design agency
Analyse Own Brand assortment performance, sales, margin, customers and channel development
