Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Order Management Specialist to join our AMEC Order Entry team on an immediate start, contract-to-hire basis. In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end order entry process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all customer transactions.

• Support the integrity of our supply chain by entering, validating, and overseeing customer orders.
• Ensure all data aligns with company policies and pricing structures.
• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, Shipping, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience processing sales orders and purchase orders in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Business Central, Salesforce, or similar.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing complex order data.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams to coordinate order processing and resolve issues.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot order discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Requirements

• 6-month contract-to-hire; benefits will not be offered during the contract period and will be available upon successful conversion to a full-time employee.
