Role Description

The role involves leading the Applications - Logistics assigned group and managing complex incidents and requests related to WMS and OTM.

• Acts as the lead for the Applications - Logistics assigned group, handling complex incidents and requests related to WMS and OTM.
• Manages and troubleshoots warehouse-specific IT issues, including printer configurations and label scanning processes.
• Serves as the lead for developing and maintaining custom programs and reports that support logistics workflows.
• Investigates systemic issues such as duplicate tracking numbers, misrouted deliveries, and integration failures between Oracle and warehouse systems.
• Resolves high-priority issues including Oracle-to-Printer label printing failures, back-order processing, and RMA closures.
• Ensures all incident documentation meets high hygiene standards.
• Collaborates with the EDI and Oracle Development teams on end-to-end flows.
• Leads the technical delivery of custom warehouse programs and monitoring tools for in-transit shipments.
• Works closely with Logistics Specialists and Warehouse Managers to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Authors Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base (KB) articles for recurring logistics issues.
• Identifies preventive actions to reduce recurring incidents and improves system reliability through automation and better documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Benefits

• Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr
