[Hiring] Oracle Retail Functional Consultant @KAYGEN

Role Description

The Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional Consultant will:

• Lead functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle Retail (Retek) solutions across merchandising and pricing operations.
• Manage and optimize Oracle Cloud Retail Price Management processes, including pricing strategies, promotions, and markdown execution.
• Configure and support Oracle Cloud Retail Merchandising Foundation (RMFCS) to ensure efficient product, inventory, and supplier management.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud Retail Invoice Matching processes, ensuring accurate invoice validation, discrepancy resolution, and compliance with financial controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, conduct testing, and support system enhancements and implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience implementing or supporting Oracle Retail (Retek) applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Retail Price Management, Retail Merchandising Foundation, and Invoice Matching modules.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising, pricing, inventory management, vendor management, and invoice reconciliation processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in cross-functional project environments.
