Role Description

As an Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support the functional design, configuration and testing of Oracle Cloud Procurement modules, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Enterprise Contracts and Supplier Portal.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business needs and guide them toward fit-to-standard Oracle Cloud Procurement solutions.
• Facilitate requirements, design and prototype workshops with procurement, category management, supply chain and accounts payable stakeholders, guiding clients through source-to-pay best practices and Oracle leading practices.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Procurement applications to align with agreed designs and business needs.
• Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations and data conversions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on integration points between Procurement and adjacent Financials, Projects and other Oracle Cloud processes.
• Lead functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live and stabilization activities.
• Provide post-implementation guidance, optimization recommendations and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay current on Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood capabilities, AI and emerging Fusion functionality, bringing relevant innovations and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement implementations, with responsibility for functional design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of source-to-pay processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, sourcing, supplier management and approvals.
• Experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications, including testing and user training.
• Ability to lead client workshops, challenge requirements constructively and translate business needs into practical, fit-to-standard Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration points between Procurement and adjacent Oracle Cloud Financials and Projects processes.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
