Role Description

Candidates should have a successful track record working with the Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM application suite and technology, ideally with Oracle Cloud apps. Candidates must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients to understand and document requirements.
• Map requirements to standard Oracle Application functionality.
• Identify process improvement areas and develop future business process flows.
• Prior Oracle Fusion HCM implementation consulting experience.
• Experience implementing Cloud Time and Labor.
• Perform remote functional Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients.
• Exposure to configure and unit test the Time and Labor module based on the customer’s requirements.
