Role Description

An experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – to join NRI’s Oracle practice. Reporting to NRI’s Lead Principal Consultant.

• Be part of an Agile delivery team working on various projects delivering Oracle Cloud ERP services to customers.
• Develop new skills, undertake Oracle L&D, and obtain Oracle certifications.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the development of capability, IP, and go-to-market solutions within NRI’s Oracle team.
• Work on a variety of projects including:
  • Consulting projects providing advisory services to customers.
  • ERP business transformation projects designing, building, and implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Elicit business process requirements using effective engagement techniques, including:
  • Designing, leading, and facilitating workshops with customer stakeholders.
• Design and implement enhanced business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities.
• Prepare documentation throughout the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.
• Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management.
• Provide leadership for solution design and team members, managing operational issues for effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation projects.
• Expert in Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Revenue Management.
• One or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, and migration projects to the Cloud (desirable but not mandatory).
• Experience with Oracle Procurement, Oracle Supply Chain, and Oracle EPM (desirable but not mandatory).
• Extensive experience in managing the review, analyses, and design of complex ICT business processes and services.
• Experience in the design, implementation, upgrade, support, and operations of Oracle Financials applications.
• Ability to design and implement creative solutions to meet business requirements.
• Team player who can work in an agile environment and with distributed teams (including onshore/offshore models).
