Role Description

To own the daily maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) applications supporting FP&A and financial planning operations. Reporting to the Director, Data & Analytics, this individual will serve as the hands-on system owner for the Oracle EPM platform, managing:

• Daily application administration and support
• Master data maintenance
• Integrations and data flows
• Smart View user support
• OCI Console administration
• Oracle Support interactions
• Coordination of third-party consultants

The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, proactive, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, fluent in English, and focused on simplifying and optimizing finance planning platforms. This role collaborates closely with Finance, Digital, SAP, AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and external partners to ensure a stable, scalable, and well-governed planning ecosystem supporting Finance, Workforce, CapEx, Revenue, Stage, and Reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM administration, FP&A systems, and enterprise application administration
• Hands-on experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud Planning applications (PBCS/EPBCS)
• Strong understanding of P&L Planning, Operating Expense (OpEx) Planning, Workforce Planning, CapEx Planning, Revenue Planning, Allocations, Currency Conversion, and Management Reporting
• Experience supporting budget cycles, forecast cycles, Long-Range Planning (LRP), financial close activities, and global finance organizations
• Experience with EPM Automate, Data Management / Data Integration, Groovy scripting, Calculation Manager, Essbase calculation scripts, REST APIs, and automation scripting
• Ability to translate finance requirements into scalable EPM solutions and technical specifications
• Strong troubleshooting skills across data, metadata, business rules, integrations, security, and Smart View
• Experience managing third-party consultants and reviewing deliverables
• Understanding of access governance, change management, audit controls, SOX compliance, and regulated environments
• Experience developing user guides, training materials, support playbooks, and validation documentation
• Excellent English communication skills

Requirements

• Manage daily Oracle EPM Cloud PBC operations and monitor application health
• Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, aliases, attributes, and mappings
• Administer users, groups, roles, and access through OCI Console and EPM security
• Monitor business rules, rule sets, data maps, Smart Pushes, and scheduled jobs
• Troubleshoot issues related to data, metadata, calculations, integrations, Smart View, and security and access management
• Support FP&A users with input forms, ad hoc analysis, planning submissions, database refreshes, and reporting activities
• Create, manage, and escalate Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through My Oracle Support
• Coordinate external consultants while maintaining internal ownership and governance of the platform
• Support integrations with SAP, AWS-based data flows, and downstream reporting processes
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, performance optimization, and governance improvements
• Partner with Finance, Digital, and external teams to ensure successful planning cycles and platform stability
