[Hiring] Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys is seeking Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) techno-functional consultant with knowledge and experience in HCM – Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application support Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14.

• Perform end-to-end upgrade activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business processes and configure HCM modules (HR and OTL).
• Note lessons learnt and share domain knowledge with teammates.
• Perform mapping for application upgrade and ensure seamless cross-module integration.
• Provide user training of modified forms and prepare documentation.
• Drive UAT, support cutover/go-live, and deliver hypercare.
• Must have strong techno-functional expertise in EBS HCM modules and ERP best practices.
• Proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 Oracle EBS 12.2.xx Upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
• Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling.
• Experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.

• Location for this position is anywhere in the US. This position may require travel to client/project location.
