We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal Consultant – Oracle Cloud EPM Planning to lead strategic Oracle EPM implementations across North America. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and Solution Lead, helping clients transform their planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes through scalable, integrated Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle EPM Planning expertise with strong FP&A knowledge, strategic thinking, and exceptional client leadership skills. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engagements, drive finance transformation, mentor consulting teams, and contribute to the growth of our Oracle EPM practice.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EPM Planning consulting experience, including demonstrated leadership of multiple full-cycle, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementations as Solution Lead, Engagement Lead, or Lead Architect.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex Oracle EPM engagements with minimal management oversight.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (EPBCS).
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale driver-based planning models.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle EPM business rules and Groovy scripting.
• Deep expertise in FP&A processes.
• Strong experience designing complex inbound and outbound integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Smart View and Oracle EPM reporting capabilities.
• Experience facilitating executive-level workshops.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and architectural governance capabilities.
• Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading onshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery teams.

Requirements

• Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting (NR), Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Experience with Strategic Modeling, Predictive Planning, and advanced planning or forecasting capabilities.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM Planning with enterprise applications.
• Experience with legacy Hyperion Planning, Essbase, or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and advanced scripting for integration.
• Experience developing enterprise reporting strategies.
• Understanding of data governance and master data alignment strategies.
• Experience supporting clients across multiple industries.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities.
• Oracle certifications in additional EPM modules beyond Planning.
