Role Description
The Operations Process Manager is responsible for manager-level oversight, review, and approval action on various loan operations processes.
- Assigned processes will vary based on the department but may include:
- Extension request approvals
- Complaints Management
- Vendor scorecards
- Vendor reconciliations
- SOX controls
- Addressing internal processing gaps
- Collaborates with Operations Managers to increase department and/or vendor efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and requirements that align with state and federal laws.
Job Duties
- Performs management level account reviews and analysis.
- Accurately document and perform process controls in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform quality audits on manual letters to ensure accuracy.
- Performs vendor scorecards monthly to measure and evaluate vendor performance and adherence to expectations and requirements.
- Performs functions and processes associated with oversight vendors associated with the Exeter mailroom.
- Involvement and participation in projects and initiatives.
- Analysis and validation of data to help identify root cause and resolve issues.
- Works management level functions and assists with the completion of processes as needed.
- Works with manager-level approval authority and accountability on processes.
- Communicates with vendors, other departments, and management to resolve escalated questions and problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six (6) plus years of related experience.
- Advanced communications and analytical skills.
- Advanced experience managing applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with indirect loan documentation, i.e., contracts, ancillary products, certificates, bankruptcies.
Compensation
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Salary range: 57,800.00 USD - 79,400.00 USD.
