Role Description

We seek a dynamic Operations Manager to join our web design and development agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our studio operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality digital projects.

SALARY: USD550-750/month (PHP30k-40k) DOE. You MUST have stable power and internet connections. DO NOT apply if you don't have these two.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, projects, client communication, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workflows between design, development, and client service teams.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for all deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise web professionals, including designers and developers.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement efficient operational strategies and workflows.
• Streamline project management processes from initiation to delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for team performance.
• Maintain documentation of operational procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations management, preferably in a digital agency.
• Strong understanding of web development and design processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in project management software and tools, especially HubSpot and ClickUp.
• Working knowledge of web technologies and development frameworks.
• Experience with resource planning and team management platforms.
