Role Description
Clipboard is looking for highly motivated, outcome-driven individuals to support the operations of our Growth team. This team is currently in charge of launching and scaling new verticals.
- Support new vertical operators with their lead-generation efforts and experiments.
- Follow SOPs to process leads and prepare them for targeting.
- Review email copy to ensure it is catchy and effective, preventing emails from landing in spam folders.
- Schedule and launch campaigns for vertical operators using marketing tools.
- Manage launched campaigns, identify performance issues, and implement solutions based on marketing principles.
Future projects may vary, but the goal remains the same: helping the new verticals grow.
We expect you to take high ownership of your duties, communicate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.

Qualifications
- Comfortable with tools like Airtable, Slack, Notion, and spreadsheets.
- No specific degree required; ability to execute and solve problems is prioritized.
- Open to candidates of all experience levels.
