Role Description

Analyzes existing procedures to develop improvements and refinements, and writes procedure bulletins.

• Provides advanced system triage and support for all Commercial Insurance Center locations.
• Researches and resolves system errors.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on Commercial projects, defects, and enhancements and coordinates with IT.
• Supports release management pre and post production validation events.
• Supports coordination of User Acceptance Test events on new features and functionality.

Qualifications

• 3 years Commercial experience required
