• Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements.
• Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication.
• Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently.
• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations.
• Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Apache Kafka.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux & Kubernetes infrastructure.
• At least 1 production OpenShift implementation (not administration only).
• Experience with SDN networking.
• Experience with persistent storage: Ceph, NFS, SAN.
• Platform hardening experience, preferably in regulated environments.
