[Hiring] Online Form Review Assistant @HRS Talent Solutions

Role Description

In this role, you will review incoming online forms for the basic information the next team needs. You will not decide whether an applicant, customer, or request qualifies for a service. Your work is to notice missing fields, unclear attachments, and details that do not match the supplied instructions, then make the submission ready for the appropriate reviewer.

• A form arrives
• Open the assigned submission and check its required fields.
• Compare names and reference details within the material provided.
• Confirm that an expected attachment is present and readable.
• Mark which information is missing without guessing at the answer.
• Use the approved process to ask for a correction or route the item.
• Update the submission status so another person can continue.
• Some submissions will be complete on arrival. Others may have an empty contact field or an attachment that cannot be opened. You would identify the specific issue and use the employer’s instructions for the next step.
• The useful result is a clear file that a reviewer can understand without retracing the whole email exchange.

Why the details matter:

• A form can look finished while still being unusable.
• Your review should follow the stated requirements and stop short of making decisions the form cannot support.
• If two pieces of information conflict, flag the difference and let the appropriate person decide what it means.

The handoff:

• Indicate what was received and which check was completed.
• Identify the particular field or file that needs attention.
• Keep supplied documents with the correct submission.
• Leave an item pending when a response is still needed.
• Send a complete file to the designated next step under instructions.

The work is remote and computer-based. You may use a form dashboard, email, and simple tracking records. Customer service habits help when asking someone to supply a missing detail: the message should be polite, specific, and easy to act on. Office administration habits help you keep a submission from being mistaken for a different person’s file.

Qualifications

• You read instructions carefully and check a file before marking it complete.
• You can write a short message explaining exactly what is missing.
• You are comfortable moving between online forms and attachments.
• You know when to ask rather than filling in a blank yourself.
• You can handle private details in a suitable home office setting.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, admissions, or data entry is helpful but not required.
• Beginners with good attention to detail are welcome, and the employer can train you on its form requirements and workflow.
• The role does not require you to judge eligibility or interpret policy independently.

Submitting your application

Your resume can point to any experience checking documents, following instructions, or communicating about missing information. Examples from school or other responsibilities count when they show those skills. You do not need experience with the employer’s particular form system.

If you’re selected for the next step, you may be asked to complete an application on the hiring company’s website. The hiring team will confirm the details of the actual opening during its process.
