Role Description

Assist with General Office Work of a small photography business in our Yoga Office.

• Answer phones, reply to email enquiries from customers and update bookings in our Company Schedule.
• Filing, documentation of paperwork and liaise with our Accountant in Japanese.
• Some translation work is required.
• Liaise with our Japanese and Foreign Clients over the phone or by email.
• Collect and Process data from our Schools and arrange delivery of data to our Photography Team.
• You may be asked to work on a weekend - it is optional if you are available.
• This job will suit someone looking for a great way to improve their English communication skills plus work in a fun and very different environment to a regular office job.

Qualifications

• We require a Japanese Speaker (N-2 level) with English fluency.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have some experience using Excel, Word and Mac computers; however, full training will be given.

• Remote work may also be required. Laptop / Phone will be provided in this case.

• 週2～3日からOK
• 10時以降に始業
• 16時前までの仕事
• シフト制
• 1日あたりの実働時間：最大7時間/日
• Hours are Part-time from 3-4 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs and Fri) 9am~ 2pm / 9am~ 3pm / 10am~ 4pm. (Standard Days).
• Office Hours are negotiable.

Benefits

• 時給 1,400円以上
• Salary is ¥1400 per hour + up to ¥1000 per day Travel Expenses will be reimbursed.
• Position is for a 1 year contract with extension available.
