[Hiring] OCM SAP Retail Lead @CLT

Role Description

The OCM SAP Retail Lead will drive the people side of change for large-scale, technology-enabled ERP business transformations at the client, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems through end-to-end change strategy, communications, and training execution.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy aligned with project goals and client objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and change impact analyses across the organization.
• Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted messaging to support leadership alignment and engagement.
• Create and manage change networks and champion programs to drive adoption across all organizational levels.
• Define governance frameworks and develop or contribute to the overall training strategy.
• Manage change deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics.
• Monitor change adoption risks and execute mitigation plans to keep the transformation on track.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP implementations, with a true lead role (not a support role) on at least three major change initiatives.
• Heavy retail experience from both a business and OCM perspective, clearly demonstrated on the resume.
• Experience with SAP Retail Systems Module, or equivalent ERP retail module experience with substantial retail-organization background.
• Strong knowledge of SAP platforms (S/4HANA preferred) and related retail business processes.
• Expertise in change communications strategy, impact measurement, and organizational design.
• Availability to participate in client meetings during Eastern and Central business hours.

Requirements

• Participation in five or more major business change initiatives involving SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience leading more than four large-scale, technology-enabled business change initiatives.
• Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills across client, competitor, and complementary consultant teams.
