Role Description

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Notion, including complex workspaces;
• Strong experience building relational databases in Notion;
• Experience configuring permissions and access control;
• Experience with automation and integrations such as Zapier, Make, API, n8n, or similar tools;
• Experience structuring processes, documentation, and internal knowledge systems;
• A mindset focused not only on what looks good, but also on what is logical, scalable, and easy for people to use.

Requirements

• Experience implementing Notion Enterprise for companies, not just for personal use;
• Experience with Asana;
• Experience building internal operational systems;
• Understanding of how cross-functional teams and service departments work.
