In this role, you will take center stage as a customer-facing expert, working hand-in-hand with clients to navigate the realm of F5 NGINX technology. You’ll guide them in applying innovative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

• Offer consultancy and mentorship, sharing your expertise in implementing NGINX products.
• Grasp and communicate the objectives and key success factors for each project.
• Engage in collaborative discussions to ensure that every client’s needs are not just met, but exceeded.
• Act as a technical mentor for customers, both onsite and remotely.
• Guide customers through the implementation, configuration, and upkeep of NGINX core products.
• Take the lead on projects focusing on system architecture, solution design, deployment, testing, identifying issues, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation.
• Stay current with F5 products and technologies through both self-driven learning and formal training opportunities.
• Join a dynamic technical team and collaborate closely with other departments, including Support, Product Sales, and Professional Services Sales.
