[Hiring] Network Engineer IV @IDEMIA CIVIL IDENTITY NA LLC

Role Description

• Manage & support CID network infrastructure
• Ensure reliable service for CID teams & customer programs
• Troubleshoot and remediate service outages & degradation
• Ensure consistent network policies and rules across environment
• Provide hands-on support of data center network equipment
• Support all network team projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with team members and department leadership to modernize and update infrastructure as needed
• Document network environment and participate in change management as required

Qualifications

• Cisco: Routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, Firepower firewalls, FMC, Secure Client, Wireless controllers and AP's
• Fortinet: FortiGate firewalls, Fortinet switches, FortiClient
• AWS and Azure networking architecture: networking related services, Route53, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC Peering, VPN tunnels, complex routing designs
• Networking fundamentals: TCP, UDP, IPSec VPN (IKEv1 and IKEv2), VPN client technologies, DNS, routing and switching, BGP, BGP VPN tunnels
• Wireshark: packet analysis, network tracing and session troubleshooting
• Visio: Network diagrams

Requirements

• BA Degree preferred
• 8-10 years of experience as a network engineer
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
• Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
• Location: This is a remote role, but candidate must reside within travel distance to Franklin, TN

Benefits

• The US base salary for this full-time position is $93,000 -$116,000 plus bonus and benefits.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

• Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
