[Hiring] NetSuite/SPP Admin @Real Chemistry

Role Description

This NetSuite & SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir) Administrator will play a critical role in supporting and scaling Real Chemistry’s financial and professional services systems. Reporting primarily to the Director of Financial Systems with shared partnership across the broader systems leadership team, this role sits within a lean, highly collaborative environment and works closely with Accounting, Client Finance, and cross‑functional system owners including Workday, Adaptive, and other enterprise platforms.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

• Manage system enhancements including add-on modules (Bank reconciliations, FAM, EBP, etc)
• Manage New Release testing for NetSuite and SuiteProject Pro (OpenAir)
• Develop custom and creative solutions within NetSuite and SuiteProjects Pro (OpenAir)
• Manage integrations between several platforms and NetSuite (OpenAir, Workday, Adaptive)
• Ability to work/manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and work cross functionally to create long term solutions
• Ticketing queue management for end user support for NS and OpenAir
• Create DTP Documents
• Ability to adapt and change directions as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an administrator in NetSuite
• Deep understanding of NetSuite’s Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report process
• Understanding of the following NetSuite features: Roles, Items, Custom Records and Fields, Entity Records, Saved Searches and Reporting, Workflows, Dashboards, and Projects
• Multi-Currency and FX setup
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Change management experience
• Project lifecycle management
• Professional service automation application experience preferred (SuiteProjects Pro formerly OpenAir or similar application)
• Working knowledge of SuiteScript a plus
• NetSuite Certification a plus (ERP, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation)
• Agency or Professional Services experience a plus

Requirements

• Pay Range: $80,000-$110,000
• This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
