[Hiring] NetSuite ERP Advisory - Senior Associate @CohnReznick

Role Description

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the NetSuite team in our Digital Advisory practice.

This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on:

• Strategy, technology, and transformation
• Process optimization
• Analytics enablement
• Systems implementations
• Automation
• Integrations
• Data management

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deploy NetSuite ERP solutions for clients across multiple industry verticals
• Work in Managed Service environments supporting multiple clients with desired system optimizations
• Lead discovery workshops with clients, gathering requirements, documenting business process flows and design
• Perform system configuration, testing and training
• Work effectively as part of a team, driving towards a collective goal
• Provide mentorship where needed
• Be a problem solver, always curious, searching for solutions
• Provide business process and product expertise to client and implementation teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline
• Functional expertise with finance/accounting (record-to-report)
• Expertise in additional process domains - distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing - nice to have
• Expert in the use of various project tools and templates (Visio, PPT, Word, Excel, JIRA, etc.)
• Ideal candidates will have achieved NetSuite ERP Consultant certification
• ERP implementation experience or professional services experience required
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with consultants and clients
• Team player, has worked in small and large teams
• Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
• Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work
