[Hiring] Navy ERP/SAP Functional Consultant @INDUS Technology

Role Description

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Navy ERP/SAP Functional Consultant – Funds Management (FM) will support Navy ERP (N-ERP) sustainment operations. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing mission-critical SAP business applications by:

• Providing functional production support
• Analyzing and resolving system issues
• Supporting system enhancements and deployments
• Partnering with government stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes
• Ensuring SAP solutions align with N-ERP requirements, operational needs, and SAP best practices on the NAVWAR CEBO PSS contract

This position is located in Charleston, SC and is also available for Remote hire with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• Seven (7) years of experience providing SAP ERP functional support within a production or sustainment environment.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP within the Funds Management (FM) functional module.
• Experience providing functional support within SAP production, sustainment, or operational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Must possess strong time management skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Travel Required ~25% travel required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• Experience supporting N-ERP or other Department of Defense (DoD) SAP environments.
• Knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund (WCF) operations, processes, and business practices.
• Experience supporting federal financial management, logistics, or other enterprise business systems.

Benefits

• Expected base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $155,000.
