[Hiring] National Speech Teletherapy Commercial Growth @All Care Therapies

Role Description

We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented leader to drive the national scaling of our speech teletherapy services into commercial health plans, employer groups, and healthcare purchaser markets. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and operational readiness required to transition our proven, high-volume teletherapy care model into the commercial healthcare space. You will serve as the primary bridge between client acquisition, partner integration, and scalable clinical delivery, ensuring our platform delivers measurable access and clinical outcomes nationally.

• Commercial Growth Strategy: Design and execute the national expansion strategy to partner with health plans, self-insured employer groups, TPAs, and digital health ecosystems.
• Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with key payer stakeholders, broker networks, and enterprise health clients from lead generation through long-term account growth.
• Operations & Scale: Collaborate with clinical, product, and operations teams to align provider capacity, network credentialing, and service delivery with enterprise volume demands.
• Value Proposition & Outcomes: Refine B2B messaging around speech-language pathology (SLP) access, health equity, ROI, and patient satisfaction for enterprise decision-makers.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Establish repeatable sales, onboarding, and client success processes to support high-velocity, multi-state contract deployments.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Direct prior background with established national teletherapy, virtual care, or specialized allied health platforms.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of scaling virtual health or specialized therapy solutions across multi-state footprints.
• B2B / Payer Acumen: Deep understanding of healthcare distribution channels, health plan contracting, employer benefit structures, or enterprise sales cycles.
• Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across sales, clinical operations, and product teams.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders.
