Role Description

The National Asset Specialist is responsible for all aspects of equipment management for the company. Key responsibilities include:

• Remotely managing pump pick-ups, including outreach to patients and proper documentation of all attempts.
• Proper tracking and reporting of lost pumps and patient billing for lost pumps.
• Monitoring and correcting local sites' OneTrack for pump assigning issues, therapy end dates, and pump billing process.
• Providing guidance and suggestions to local sites’ teams to further improve performance of the pump management program.
• Monitoring and reporting weekly on sites doing a pump scan 3 times a week and bimonthly accessory scans.
• Moving accessories to the lost bin when reconciling the bimonthly storage bin scans.
• Working directly with outside vendor (McKesson) on any pump management issues with the OneTrack system.
• Participating in periodic pump management calls with camera on, as well as other related calls, including ad-hoc training calls with local sites.
• Observing legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care information.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Accepting other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of at least 1 year of related asset management experience.

Requirements

• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple assignments under time constraints while maintaining high quality work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and solve practical problems.
• Experience communicating verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Basic level PC skills (e.g., starting up and shutting down computer, using mouse, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, accessing information online).
• Basic email skills and familiarity with MS Excel and Word.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
