[Hiring] MuleSoft Integration SME & RPA Architect @System Soft Technologies

Role Description

We're seeking a contractor to design and build a new RPA automation capability that supports our supply-chain forecasting project. This role will focus on automating data extraction from external vendor/customer portals and integrating that data into our MuleSoft, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build a new RPA solution (standards, governance, environment setup).
• Automate retrieval of supply-chain data from portals (e.g., Walmart, Advance Auto, NAPA).
• Develop MuleSoft APIs and integrations using API-led patterns and REST.
• Deliver pipelines that land data into Databricks/SAP Datasphere for analytics use.
• Partner daily with Analytics and IT teams to guide integration patterns and solution direction.

Qualifications

• Strong MuleSoft integration experience (REST, API-led connectivity, event-driven design).
• Hands-on RPA solution architecture and build experience.
• Familiarity with Databricks and/or SAP Datasphere data ingestion workflows.
• Supply chain process understanding (forecasting, vendor/customer data flows).
• Ability to build from scratch, document standards, and advise teams.

Requirements

• Remote work with offshore candidates willing to work EST/CST hours.
• Contract duration: 12+ months.
• Start date: 4/13.
