Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing Subservicer Oversight SME to support subservicer oversight, and/or mortgage servicing audit functions.

Candidates must have solid mortgage servicing experience, subservicer oversight experience, and/or mortgage servicing audit experience, with a strong working knowledge of ICE MSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate third-party mortgage subservicer operations, controls, procedures, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Identify risks and control gaps, document findings, and coordinate remediation.
• Validate loan balances, payment histories, escrow information, investor data, delinquency status, pending transactions, and in-flight loss mitigation activities.
• Review post-conversion servicing functionality, including payment processing, escrow administration, investor reporting, delinquency management, loss mitigation, and other applicable servicing oversight and audit activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on a West Coast PST schedule.
• 5-10 years of residential mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, subservicer oversight, servicing quality control, or mortgage servicing audit experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting third-party subservicer oversight, mortgage servicing audits, operational control reviews, and/or servicing due diligence.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with ICE MSP in mortgage servicing operations, implementation, business analysis, quality control, or audit capacity.
• Familiarity with automated loan boarding tools, conversion, system interfaces, and source-to-target mapping.
