[Hiring] Monetization Manager @Appquantum

Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Monetization Manager who will take a key role in shaping and optimizing the product’s ad strategy. We need a specialist with a deep understanding of user behavior and strong expertise in ad monetization metrics. You will transform data into actionable product decisions and work closely with product, analytics, and partner teams to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

• Set up and optimize ad networks in MAX mediation to increase eCPM and overall ad revenue.
• Analyze eCPM, ARPDAU, Fill Rate, Show Rate, and identify growth opportunities.
• Run A/B tests for ad placements and formats.
• Analyze user behavior and generate growth hypotheses.
• Manage communication with ad partners: tests, optimizations, integration of new tools.
• Ensure process transparency: document algorithms, approaches, and optimization results.

Qualifications

• Experience in ad monetization for mobile products — working with mediation platforms (preferably AppLovin MAX).
• Deep understanding of core ad metrics: eCPM, Fill Rate, ARPDAU, IMPDAU, Show Rate, LTV, retention.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data, generate hypotheses, and validate them through A/B testing.
• Understanding of ad optimization methodologies: frequency caps, placements, geo strategies, format tests, eCPM decay, etc.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI — any of them) and solid proficiency in Excel/Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• Ability to independently manage projects, document processes, and propose data-driven solutions.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with ad networks, reading documentation, and written communication.
