Role Description

We’re looking for a technically strong monday.com Implementation Consultant to join a certified monday.com implementation partner. This role sits at the intersection of solution engineering and client consulting.

You’ll work directly with clients to deeply understand their business processes, then design, build, and deploy robust monday.com solutions — including advanced workflows, automations, and integrations. This is not a light configuration role; we’re looking for someone with developer-level comfort in monday.com, who can translate complex requirements into scalable, well-architected systems, while confidently communicating with non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on, developer-level experience with monday.com is essential.
• Strong background in building workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Comfortable working with APIs; experience with Python or similar is a strong advantage.
• Able to think in systems, data structures, and scalable architecture (not just surface-level configuration).
• Confident, clear communicator — able to present technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Experienced in client-facing roles, workshops, or consulting engagements.
• Professional, organised, and reliable when managing client relationships and deliverables.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable taking full ownership of solutions.
• Startup-minded: adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Enjoys balancing deep technical work with direct client interaction.

Requirements

• Commitment: Part-time, 20 hours/week (with potential to grow into full-time).
• Location: Fully remote.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Working Hours: Ideally spread across 2–3 longer working days (rather than short daily shifts). Some overlap with AEST business hours (9 AM–5 PM AEST) is required.
• Rate: USD $720-1100/month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on experience).
