Role Description

Yosemite Models is looking for a Model Head Booker to manage model bookings and oversee day-to-day operations across Europe and international markets. You will guide talent placements from initial client engagement to confirmed bookings, ensuring smooth operations, strong client relationships, and optimal model utilization.

From scheduling and negotiations to operational management and strategic planning, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of model assignments, helping models and clients connect successfully within the global fashion and creative industries. This is not an employment role—the focus is on independent, commission-based collaboration with full operational autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for model bookings and placements across Europe and international markets
• Handle communication with clients, agencies, and models
• Manage daily operations and global booking logistics
• Act as the main operational contact for Yosemite Models
• Maintain independent books under an international agency framework
• Track bookings, invoicing, and payments accurately
• Collaborate directly with the founder on strategy, positioning, and operational improvements
• Identify new opportunities for model placements and agency growth

Qualifications

• Fluent English; additional European languages are advantageous
• Proven experience in model booking, casting, or talent representation
• Strong fashion and/or commercial network in Europe
• Fully independent/freelance (not actively employed by another modeling agency)
• Comfortable with commission-based compensation
• Long-term mindset, professional discretion, and reliability
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
