[Hiring] Medical Network Account Manager @HCF Corporation

Role Description

As Medical Network Account Manager, you will identify, design and deliver strategic business development initiatives that strengthen our medical network, improve member outcomes and enhance commercial, operational and service performance.

Working across internal teams and external partners, you will develop new opportunities, assess market and stakeholder needs, support program design and establish effective delivery and governance frameworks for our primary health network group (GP’s, Allied health and international students).

You will bring strong business development, stakeholder engagement, analytical and project delivery capability, together with the confidence to influence outcomes in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Please note this position is a permanent full-time role that is Remote NSW, with access to our Sydney CBD office.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver business development initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
• Identify partnership, service and market opportunities using customer, competitor and industry insights.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans for new products, services and operating models.
• Build strong relationships and influence internal teams, external partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
• Establish governance and performance measures to track delivery, risks and outcomes.
• Prepare commercial analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support partner agreements and coordinate projects across multiple workstreams.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, partnership management, project delivery or strategic program implementation. (A background in international business within Health Insurance, Health Funds or Insurance is highly desirable)
• Experience in a complex service-based, regulated or customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, including developing business cases, interpreting data and evaluating financial or operational impacts.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving capability and the ability to operate independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing recommendations, reports and executive-level updates.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, health, commerce, management, project management or a related discipline is desirable.
• Experience in regulated industries, supplier or partner management, service design, governance, continuous improvement or customer and member experience initiatives will be highly regarded.
