[Hiring] Market Intelligence Manager @Kardex

Role Description

This role is fully remote across Europe, or you can choose to work from any of our offices in Europe, giving you the flexibility to shape the future of our market intelligence function from wherever suits you best.

This strategic, high-impact role connects external market trends with internal performance data to provide clear, actionable answers. You will work in a small, agile team, collaborating across regions and functions, while broadening your own expertise.

• Lead Research & Insights – Analyze market trends, competitors, and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Turn Insights into Action – Ensure strategies and recommendations align with real market conditions and business priorities.
• Communicate & Collaborate – Present clear, compelling reports and dashboards while sharing knowledge across regions and teams.
• Innovate & Manage Data – Leverage AI, automation, and dashboards to streamline intelligence while handling sensitive data responsibly.

Qualifications

• Experience in market intelligence, research, or strategic planning, ideally in logistics, intralogistics, or a B2B industrial setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, highlight key insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent by experience.
• Experience with Power BI, market research tools, and AI/automation solutions.
• Track record of collaboration across international, fast-paced environments.
• Strategic self-starter turning insights into action, forward-looking, collaborative, culturally aware, resilient, and fluent in English (CEFR B2+).
