[Hiring] Manufacturing Execution Systems (Pharma) - Sr Consultant / Manager @Capgemini

Role Description

This role involves leading MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domains with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

• Document URS (User Requirements Specifications) and FRS (Functional Requirements Specifications) and AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, functional design, and client advisory
• Cross-functional collaboration, deep system understanding, and strong communication skills are required
• Lead workshops with clients and cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, IT) for requirements gathering
• Conduct business process assessments and fit-gap analysis for manufacturing operations
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutions

Qualifications

• Collaborate with product vendors to map system functionalities with client-specific requirements/workflows
• Hands-on MES product experience in pharma and metal domains
• 6 – 12 years of experience in MES solution consulting, implementation/configuration
• Willingness to travel and work with global stakeholders
