Role Description

The Manager, Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs that drive business optimization and deliver measurable impact. Acting as an internal consultant, this role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, develop business cases, and execute high-priority projects aligned with organizational goals.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to assess business challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
• Develop robust business cases, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessment.
• Design and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, management consulting, or transformation roles
• Contact Center experience considered an asset
• Proven track record in business optimization and initiative execution
• Strong experience in building and presenting business cases

• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Familiarity with change management methodologies

Salary

$75,900.00 - $141,900.00

Pay Type: Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
