Role Description

UW Medicine IT Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Manager, Integration Services.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Provide direction, management, program development, and administration for UW Medicine’s Data Integration strategy.
• Supervise architects, business analysts, developers, software engineers, and third-party consultants.
• Coordinate all project development involving data integration technology initiatives.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with key UW Medicine department leaders.
• Lead, organize, and positively influence information technology professionals.
• Project management of specific team projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience/education.
• 6+ years of Healthcare IT experience.
• 4+ years' experience with:
  • Cloverleaf interface engine
  • Epic Bridges
  • Technical development experience with HL7
  • Developing systems and metrics for measuring progress, backlogs, workloads, staffing, and other project resources
  • Leading teams supporting large-scale enterprise customers
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams of 8 or more people.
• Experience managing technology teams in performance turnaround situations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience working with multiple, diverse stakeholders.
• Experience establishing systems design and programming standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Medical Device Integrations in Epic.

Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $150,000.00 annual
• Pay Range Maximum: $175,008.00 annual
