[Hiring] Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging @SolutionHealth

Role Description

The Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging, is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and enterprise imaging platforms across the organization. This includes oversight of system integrations/interfaces as well as the infrastructure and platforms supporting radiology, PACS, and imaging workflows.

• Serve as a technical and operational leader for integration and imaging solutions.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure systems are highly available and performant.
• Oversee the infrastructure used to store, retrieve, and distribute medical images.
• Ensure all data transfers adhere to healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA) and state-specific security standards.
• Advance interoperability and optimize imaging platform performance.
• Maintain close collaboration with the Epic Radiant team and other clinical application partners.
• Lead teams in advancing the evolution of systems and technology.
• Foster stable, engaged, and high-performing teams.
• Connect vision to frontline delivery through effective people leadership and service management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent substantial progressive work experience, certifications, and education).
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire.
• ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of IT or healthcare IT experience.
• At least 3 years in service management, platform management, or digital workplace domains.
